The petitioner, who is a 90 years old lady, has put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under :- (B) By issuing the writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ the respondents may kindly be directed to take the decision on the application dated 15/02/2021 and to pay the rental compensation on total amount to the petitioner within stipulated time along with statutory interest thereon till realization of amount.

Issue is as to whether the petitioner is entitled for rental

WP 7722-2022 compensation and whether any such amount was due and payable. 4.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.5 to decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 04/09/2021 (wrongly mentioned as 15/02/2021 in the prayer Clause), as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 15/09/2022.
