We have already disposed of a petition presented by the petitioners herein being Writ Petition No. 7195 of 2018 with directions to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhoom, Dist. Osmanabad to dispose of L.A.R. No. 617 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of the order.

It is informed that another objection has been raised against the petitioners, as regards their entitlement to receive the amount of compensation in respect of the land acquired for national highway project. Since, the issue raised in the instant petition is identical to the issue raised in the pending L.A.R. No.617 of 2016, the

{2} 918-WP-7459-2018 instant petition stands disposed of with directions to Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhoom, Dist. Osmanabad to dispose of L.A.R. No. 611 of 2016 along with L.A.R. No. 617 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
