One civil application bearing Civil Application No.9679/2022, seeking intervention, was already filed by Ramdas Suryabhan Khade and the present applicant. The petitioner arrayed Ramdas as respondent No.5. Ramdas and the present applicant Ashruba are the original complainants. As the complainants got a representation in this petition in the form of Ramdas having been arrayed, the applicants were satisfied. This was recorded in the order dated 02/12/2022, passed in Civil

14236.22ca (2) Application No.9679/2022 which was, hence, disposed off. Now Ashruba has again filed this civil application. 2.
