Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that in view of judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 14387/2019 dated 24.04.2024, the Registrar General of Money Lenders and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, refused to entertain the revision filed by Petitioners against the order impugned. He drew attention of the Court to further order passed in this regard on 12.09.2024 permitting review of the earlier order to hold that such revision would be maintainable. In view of this, Petitioners seek leave to withdraw the Petition.

Learned counsel for Petitioner further submits that in view of the earlier position of law, the Registrar General of Money Lenders

- 2 - wp6227.24.odt and Registrar of Cooperative Societies has already dismissed the review and hence it is necessary to set aside the said order and call upon the authority to decide the review on merit. 3.

In view of the above, order impugned dated 09.05.2024 passed by Respondent No. 7 is hereby set aside. Respondent No. 7 to decide the said revision on its own merit. Since the review was filed in the year 2020, it is expected that Respondent No. 7 shall decide the same within a period of three months from today. 4.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
