It is taken on record by marking Exhibit A. In view of this order, he seeks withdrawal of Petition. 2.

In view of the said fact, it appears that the order in the Writ Petition has been complied with. There is no necessity to take action under the Contempt of Courts Act and therefore, the Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
