The petitioners are praying for issuance of direction as regards the expeditious disposal of Land Acquisition Reference No. 172 of 2017, pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division Bhoom, District Osmanabad.

Considering the contentions raised by the petitioner as well as the pendency before the concerned Court, it would be desirable to direct the concerned Court to decide the pending land acquisition reference as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of six months from today. It is accordingly directed.
