Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that alternate remedy of revision is available to the petitioner before the State. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Divisional authority. He further submits that the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition be exempted for filing revision before the revisional authority under section 14 of the Limitation Act. 3.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In the event, the petitioner files revision before the revisional authority, the time spent in this Court for prosecuting the present writ petition be exempted, in computing the period of limitation in filing the writ petition. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that revisional authority may be directed to decide the petition within two months. In the event revision petition is filed, the revisional authority to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
