Present Writ Petition is filed impugning order dated 13.04.2006 passed below Exh. 6 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 239 of 2005 by 4th Ad-hoc Additional District Judge, Jalna. 2.

Mr. Gore, learned Advocate submits that Regular Civil Appeal No. 239 of 2005 is disposed off and the matter is remanded back to trial Court. In that view of the matter challenge to the order dated 13.04.2006 passed below Exh. 6 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 239 of 2005 would not survive.
