Learned counsel for respondents makes a statement on instruction as below :

"As per the decision taken by the Company, the on-line test conducted on 1st June, 2016 for the posts Assistant Engineer (Trans) along with other on-line tests on 1st, 2nd and 3rd June, 2016 have been cancelled and it is decided to have reexamination of the candidates who had appeared for the said on-line tests, which shall be notified on Company's official Website and Newspapers. Consequently, re-examination of the candidates who had appeared for the on-line tests shall be conducted in due course of time."

In view of above. Grievance raised by petitioners in the instant petition stands redressed. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
