The petitioner is asking for contractual employment in the light of the Government Circular dated 02.03.2019. 3.

The petitioner had been serving with Government Hospital and Training Institute, Aurangabad (GHATI) as a Labour on contract basis. It was respondent no.6, who had provided the petitioner to the hospital. It is informed that his services have now been terminated mid-way by his employer. Relying on the aforesaid Government Circular, the petitioner is asking for an employment. 4.

When we called upon learned counsel for the petitioner to point out, whether he had made such an application to the Dean of the

4-SR38 hospital, he adverted our attention to the petitioner's application dated 13.05.2022. Reading thereof would indicate the petitioner to have asked for permanent employment. The Dean, therefore, turned down his request, informing him to make an application when there would be recruitment drive for filling up the vacant post. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, now, comes around and submit that the petitioner would make an application to the Dean, GHATI, Aurangabad, asking for an employment on contract basis.

We, therefore, dispose of the Writ Petition in terms of the following order:-

O R D E R

If the petitioner makes an application to the Dean, GHATI, Aurangabad, for employment on contract basis, the same shall be decided on its own merits and even uninfluenced by this order. [NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J.] [R.G. AVACHAT, J.] KBP
