Vide interim order dated 29.06.2015, we had granted protection to the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, pursuant to the said order undertaking has been filed to the respondent/management and admission is given to the petitioner.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of in view of the interim protection granted earlier. Needless to state that, in case the tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated, then the petitioner will have to pay full fees. No costs.
