Learned AGP states that yesterday the cheque of an amount of Rs. 17,86,648/- (including the amount of Rs. 8,93,324/- received from the contractor) was received from the ICICI Bank and the same is deposited in the account of Tahsildar.

After the realisation of the said cheque, the amount will be deposited in the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. 3.

We record the said statement as an undertaking to this Court. 4.

After the amount is deposited by the Tahsildar with the Registry the same shall be paid to the petitioners. 5.
