We are taken aback by the conduct of the petitioners in soliciting a direction for deciding his proposal dated 05-06-2024 by filing a petition on 19-06-2024. We strongly condemn the practice of soliciting writ of mandamus and wasting the time of this Court even without a reasonable time for the authorities to decide the proposal. 2.
