Present civil application is for condonation of delay and restoration of civil application which was yet to be registered and which was for bringing heirs of one of the respondents on record. 2.

Application is contested by the learned counsel for the respondents on various grounds. She would submit that copy of application has not been served. The delay has not been properly explained and no steps were taken by the applicants and there

I have considered rival submissions of the parties. For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned and civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. The civil application is disposed of.
