2. The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amounts of compensation as deposited by the State / Acquiring Body.

The learned AGP pointed out that the Reference Court has granted six times enhancement in all these matters. As such,
considering the ratio of four times 70% of the deposited amounts can be allowed to be withdrawn by the respective applicants. As such, following order is passed :
ORDER
(i) The respective applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amounts along with the accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
(ii) The applicants are also permitted to withdraw 20% of the deposited amounts on furnishing solvent security / surety. The remaining amounts be invested in any Nationalized Bank in F.D.R. on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of these appeals.
