ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. The application is taken out for bringing the legal representatives of deceased Sagarbai Madhav Narwate on record who died on 30.04.2015, by the applicants being her legal heirs. Though there is delay of 2526 days, but considering the right to defend, the applicants are required to be brought on record. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 2526 days stands condoned. The appellant - State is directed to bring the applicants, who are the legal representatives of deceased Sagarbai, on record, within the stipulated period.
