The petitioner, who has appeared for NEET, is anxious since his claim as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is not being finally decided by the respondent - Scrutiny Committee. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's case is pending with the Vigilance Cell, but points out that the proposal itself has been filed in the recent past.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's claim as expeditiously as possible but within a period of ten (10) weeks.
