The petitioners are issued with the tribe certificates of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, however, in the said tribe certificates the spelling of 'Mannervarlu' is wrongly spelt. Instead of 'Mannervarlu' the same is spelt as 'Mannerwarlu'. The petitioners approached the S.D.O. for correction. 2.

The learned counsel further submits that the S.D.O. directed petitioners to submit fresh proposals. 3.

We have heard the learned A.G.Ps.

The S.D.O. in his communication has indicated that the original tribe certificates issued be submitted to him and the correct one be taken.

However, it would not be necessary for filing fresh proposals. The petitioners have already moved applications. The S.D.O. shall accept the certificates surrendered by the petitioners and issue corrected certificates to the petitioners expeditiously.
