The Government Resolution dated 3.11.2007, is assailed in the present Writ Petition. This Court in series of matters has held that the said Government Resolution is valid. The judgment of this Court was assailed before the Apex Court. The Apex Court has upheld the judgment of this Court.

In view of the above, the issue now is no longer res-integra. As the said Government Resolution has been upheld, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief claimed.
