PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The petitioner was appointed as a member of Latur district Committee for Vasantrao Naik Tanda/Vasti Sudhar Yojana by order dated 21st May, 2014 and he has been removed from the said post.

2) We have already turned down the challenge to order of removal of the President of the District committee by order dated 17th June, 2015 passed in writ petition No. 3477/2015, wherein we have observed that there are no regulations, governing methodology of removal of the President and the appointment of the petitioner therein was at the pleasure of the State Government. The Regulations do not provide any protection in respect of the tenure. As such, there is no legal right to claim entitlement to continue as a member over the said Committee. 3) The Writ Petition is devoid of substance and stands dismissed.
