This application is for directions to the Investigating Agency to record statements of material witnesses and injured witnesses who are mentioned in paragraph No. 10 of this application. 2.
Learned APP submits that the charge-sheet in this case is already filed in September, 2021. In this view of the matter the applicant who is the first informant in C.R. No.102 of 2021 at Bhusaval Taluka Police Station has a remedy to approach the Magistrate's Court and putforth his grievance and convince the
( 2 ) Magistrate to issue directions for further investigation under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of this learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application at this stage and prays for liberty to approach the Magistrate's Court with such application.

Permission is granted. The applicant is at liberty to make an appropriate application before the Magistrate's Court. Considering his grievance which he has raised in his application, if any such application is preferred, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. With these observations application is disposed off.
