Heard learned Counsel for applicants, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 and learned A.G.P. for respondent No.2.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, Hon'ble Apex Court has permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court i.e. 50% amount on furnishing undertaking and 50% amount on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the learned Reference Court. This Court has already permitted to applicants to withdraw 75% Pooja K.

{2} 938-CA-10247-2022 amount, as per order of Hon'ble Supreme Court i.e. 50% amount on furnishing undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing bank guarantee and only 25% amount is remained with this Court. Hence, registry be directed to return or release that bank guarantee and applicants may be permitted to withdraw 25% amount alongwith accrued interest thereon, as per order of Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that, this Court may pass appropriate orders.

I have heard learned Counsel for the parties. 5.

As per order of the Hon'ble apex Court applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% remaining amount which is deposited before this Court alongwith accrued interest thereon.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) shall verify the record and shall release the bank guarantee as applicants have furnished surety before this Court.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
