The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal and the same is clarified in the Government Resolution dated 05.02.2019.

In the light of that, Mr. Kedar, the learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal.

The petitioner may file appeal as is permissible in law. In case the appeal is filed,

2 wp 7098.19 the authority shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously. The time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition shall be considered by the authority. All contentions are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
