It appears that, the earlier advocate of the appellants is changed by them before filing vakalatnama. The appellants have also sent notice to their earlier advocate - Mr. P.N. Surwase for intimating that, they have engage new advocate. The copy of said notice and copy of postal tracking report is filed on record by the appellants showing that, their earlier advocate has already received their notice of changing advocate. In addition to that, the appellants have also filed pursis mentioning that, they want to withdraw the present Second Appeal unconditionally. The said pursis, the notice, tracking report and vakalatnama are taken on record and in view of the said pursis the present Second Appeal stands withdrawn and disposed of. 4.
