Mr. Sant, learned counsel for respondent No.3 has produced on record copy of letter dated 26.11.2014, issued by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, showing that the approval came to be granted to the post which the petitioner was holding, w.e.f. 18.11.2013. Nobody is present for the petitioner. It appears that, Advocate Shri S.G. Magre, who was appearing for petitioner, has joined judicial services. In view of the letter, which is taken on record, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of.
