Pursuant to the issuance of the impugned order dated 02.05.2024, the oil manufacturing company has conveyed to the Petitioner that he can file a representation, if desired. The Petitioner has filed a representation and the same is pending. The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that the representation may be considered expeditiously. 2.

The learned advocate for the Company submits that the representation would be considered in accordance with the policies applicable, within such time as this Court may grant.

In view of the above, we direct that the representation be decided on or before 21.07.2024 and the decision be communicated to the Petitioner via e-mail. Only if the rules of the company permit a personal hearing, the company may consider it.
