The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of six months from today.

In view of the above, we pass following order :- 3.

The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12th April, 2019. Till the proceedings are decided, the respondent shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the

2 78-WP-6606-2018 ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondent/employer may take further course of action on the basis of the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
