The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 4/Committee. The petitioner has appeared for final year examination and result is also declared.

We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 3.

Considering the fact that, validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 4/Committee, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 4/Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 15th July, 2019. The respondents shall not withhold the result and other documents filed of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the petitioner shall not be issued with degree certificate unless petitioner produces validity certificate. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
