In the present application, a request has been made that the amount of compensation that has been permitted to be withdrawn by this Court on 3.3.2017 shall be paid to applicant no.2 on behalf of all the applicants. The applicants have executed a deed of consent which is filed on record. I have gone through the contents of the application as well as the contents of the consent letter. However, it appears to me that it will be in the interest of the applicants that the amount of their share is independently given to each of them by a separate cheque. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that all the five applicants possess equal share in the amount of compensation. In view of the submission so made, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

1.

The Registry shall issue independent cheques in the names of all the five applicants as per the order passed by this Court of one fifth amount each. Civil Application No.7473/2017 stands disposed of. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) agp/-
