Civil Application No. 6185/2024 is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Saudagar, original claimant on record. The applicants are legal heirs of deceased Saudagar, who died on 19.12.2020. There is delay of 1277 days caused in filing the application. The applicants have filed copy of death certificate and heirship certificate, issuing by the Gram Panchyat showing that the applicants are heirs of deceased Saudagar. 2.

Considering the above, the application is allowed by condoning the delay. Necessary amendment be carried out in the appeal memo and the civil application/s, if any, within four weeks from today. The application is disposed of.
