This is an application for condonation of delay and for restoration of Writ Petition No.9656 of 2021 which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 4 March 2022. 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and the respondents who have put in appearance.

The learned AGP states that the contesting respondent is the State as there is a challenge to the impugned Government Resolution in the writ petition.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

Delay of 73 is hereby condoned. The order dated 4 March 2022 is recalled.

Writ petition is restored back to the file.

Writ petition to stand over for admission on 19 August 2022.
