In view of the fact that the appellants are handed over with short term sentence and there is no possibility of the appeal being taken up for hearing in sort time, if the substantive sentence is not suspended then appeal shall become infructuous. Hence the order.

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. (ii) Pending the appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed by the trial Court is suspended. The applicant be released on bail on her executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

(iii) Bail in trial Court.
