The application is filed for making order of giving up the amount of compensation awarded to original claimant No.4 Shri Soma Landge, to original claimant No.1 Mangalabai. There were 4 claimants. Mangalabai is said to be daughter-in-law of deceased Soma Landge and other two claimants are said to be sons of deceased Soma Landge and also Mangalabai. In the application it is contended that the other relatives have no objection if the amount is given to Mangalabai. Learned counsel for
