PER COURT :- The petitioner / original applicant is aggrieved by the interlocutory order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, by which, he has protected respondent No.3 / Sarpanch by staying the order of disqualification dated 11.9.2018, passed by the District Collector, Nanded. Grievance is that the interlocutory order has been passed highhandedly.

As such, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the Additional Divisional Commissioner shall record the oral submissions of the litigating sides on 14.11.2018.
