This Civil Application is filed by the original claimants for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased Balbhim s/o. Ram More, who died on 21.06.2021. Applicant Nos.1 to 3 are the only legal heirs. The death certificate issued by the Sarpanch showing legal representatives is annexed to the application. While preferring the application, there is delay of 751 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The delay stands condoned. The legal representatives are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment in the title clause of the appeal and other applications be carried out by the appellants within two weeks from today.

The office has raised objection about middle name appearing in the death certificate and in the cause title. Though the name appears to be somewhat different, both names are of the same person. In view of the same, the office objection stands dispensed with.
