It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for contesting respondents that the matter is pending with the Tahsildar after the same is remitted by the Sub Divisional Officer under order dated 30th May, 2016. 2.

In view of that, the Tahsildar shall dispose of said proceedings on its own merits after hearing the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six
