For the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. By the consent of the respondents, the applicant/petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court

960-ca-7263-19 in wp.odt Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti"), on or before 15/07/2019.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 15/07/2019.

Only on compliance of the above directions, the Writ Petition shall be restored and the order dated 06/08/2018 shall, therefore, be set aside and the petition shall be listed for admission hearing on 29/07/2019.
