Since the petitioner has failed to exercise the option for claiming seat under specified reservation category, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition at a later point of time cannot be entertained in view of clause 9.1.5.1 of the admission rules published by the Commissionerate, Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai. In exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, no interference is called for. Petition is devoid of substance and same stands disposed of.
