DATE : 23.07.2021 PER COURT :- This Court, vide order dated 14th July, 2021, passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 720 of 2021, (Pramod Narayan Harkal, Vs. The State of Maharashtra), granted the pre-arrest protection to co-accused Pramod Narayan Harkal. The allegations against Pramod were the same, as against this applicant. In consideration of aforesaid fact, application is allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(I) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with Crime No. 153 / 2021 registered with Pathri Police Station, Tq.

19- A.B.A. No. 772-2021.odt Pathri, District Ahmednagar, he shall be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Ofcer on 26th 29th and 31st July, 2021, between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and thereafter once in a week i.e. on Monday of each week between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. till the charge-sheet is fled. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
