When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief to the applicant, he sought permission to withdraw the application. Permission granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Application for assist to PP is also disposed of 2.

Learned counsel Shri More seeks liberty to move application for bail before the trial Court if the trial does not get concluded within a specified period. If the trial is not concluded within ten months from today the applicant is at liberty to make application for regular bail before the concerned Court. If such application is made, the concerned Court shall consider the application on its own merits without getting influenced by the observations made in this application.
