Petitioner's proposal for verification of the tribe certificate is pending before respondent no. 2 since 11-12-2023. He having appeared at NEET-UG-2024, is aspiring to secure admission. It is also being pointed out that tribe certificates of his father and uncle have been validated by the then committees and cousin has been directed to be issued a certificate of validity by the order of this Court. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the committee would decide petitioner's proposal within two weeks. 3.

We dispose of the petition by directing the committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks.
