The petitioner is the husband of respondent No.2. Respondent No.3 is a 6 years old male child. The proceedings with regard to restitution of conjugal rights, initiated by the petitioner, are pending before the learned Family Court at Aurangabad. Visitation rights is also a subject being adjudicated on, by the learned Family Court.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, submits on instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition, so as to move an application before the learned Family Court, with regard to seeking orders for admitting

In view of the above, keeping the liberty open, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn.
