This Court has already granted stay on 02.12.2020 subject to depositing of 50% amount of compensation within 12 weeks. Though the direction was to deposit amount in the Reference Court, the Appellants have deposited the amount in this Court. It is pointed out that in some other matters out of the same acquisition proceedings, the Appellants have deposited 100% amount along with interest in this Court.

(a) Applicant/Appellant to deposit remaining 50% of amount of compensation as per judgment and award along with interest in this Court within 12 weeks from today.
