The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in an appeal preferred by the contesting respondent under Section 16 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 granting stay to the operation of the judgment and order passed by the Collector, Hingoli disqualifying him under the provisions of Section 14 (1) (j-3) of that Act. 2.

On the last date, the learned AGP was requested to solicit the instructions as to within how much time, the Divisional Commissioner proposes to decide the appeal finally. The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad would decide the appeal within a period of three weeks.
