These appeals are placed before this Lok Adalat by the appellant - acquiring body. Mr. R.C. Patil, learned counsel for acquiring body and it'

s officer Mr. Sudhakar Ranganath Kasar, Sub-Divisional Officer, Minor Irrigation Sub-Division Akole, Learned A.G.P. for State, and Mr. Bide, learned counsel for the respondents - claimants are present. 3.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the acquiring body is pressing for withdrawal of these appeals unconditionally.

These First Appeals, therefore, stand disposed of as withdrawn. The amount in deposit with this Court, therefore, be transmitted alongwith interest accrued thereon to the reference Court for being paid there to the original claimants. The claimants are permitted to make the application before the reference Court for withdrawal of said amount. The reference Court, on such application, shall disburse the said amount to the original claimants.
