Present application has been filed for restoration of Criminal Application No.509 of 2025.

Though we are not much convinced with the reasons given, yet the learned Advocate for the applicants is taking the blame upon himself that due to his personal problem, he could not supply the address of respondent No.2 to the office for issuing notice. He undertakes to supply the said address now.

Under such circumstance, Criminal Application No.1949 of 2025 stands allowed and disposed of.

Criminal Application No.509 of 2025 stands restored, subject to deposit of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad within a period of one week. 5.

Address of respondent No.2 be supplied in sealed envelope by the learned Advocate for the applicants within a period of two weeks from today.

Thereafter, issue notice to respondent No.2, to be made returnable on 13.08.2025.
