Shri Shinde, learned Advocate, pursuant to the order dated 05.10.2015 passed by this Court, has placed on record an affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 which is affirmed on 15.10.2015, in which the statement is made in paragraph 2 as under:- "2.

I say that the petitioner and the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have amicably settled the matter. As per the settlement, the petitioner has agreed to accept an amount of Rs.3,25,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand only) as lump-sum amount towards her arrears of salary for the period of 15.10.2010 to 19.12.2014, as full and final claim."

He has placed on record the xerox copy of the Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.3,25,000/- dated 16.10.2015 drawn on the

*2* 12.cp.321.14 Ahmednagar District Central Cooperative Bank Limited, which is marked as Exhibit X for identification. He has handed over the original Demand Draft to the Petitioner in the presence of Shri Sangeet, learned Advocate. Shri Sangeet submits on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, that the contempt petition can now be disposed of as the Petitioner has agreed to the amount as paid to her today and has amicably settled the matter. It is, therefore, submitted that the Petitioner has no grievance against Respondent Nos.1 and 2 with regard to the judgment of the School Tribunal dated 10.08.2012 delivered in Appeal No.103/2011 and the order of this Court dated 16.01.2014 in Writ Petition No.8844/2012, which has also been confirmed by the Apex Court.

Since the orders at issue have been complied with and the Petitioner has been granted continuity of service and in the light of the amicable settlement between the Petitioner and the Educational Institution, the request of Shri Sangeet, on instructions, is accepted. In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. The notice for contempt is purged.
