The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is seized with the matter. From careful perusal of the impugned order, we do not find that the prayer for interim relief has been rejected by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In that view of the matter, we do not think that this Petition can be entertained. Hence the Petition stands rejected.
