The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a representation dated 9th December 2022 is considered by the respondent No.2 - Director of Medical Education. 4.

Without expressing anything on merits including the right of the petitioner to have the relief, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation supra on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
