PER COURT:

1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. Mr. Bakshi, learned counsel fervidly contends that because of his personal difficulty, he could not pay any attention to the proceeding for removal of office objections within stipulated period. He further added that because of his own difficulty, the litigant should not suffer. He explained the circumstances about his family difficulties in respect of ailment of his old aged parents.

2] In view of nature of subject matter, and the submissions advanced on behalf of learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any impediment to allow the application in the interest of justice. Accordingly, the impugned order passed by Registrar refusing registration is hereby quashed and set aide. Matter be restored to its original stage. Application stands allowed accordingly. Registry to take requisite steps for further process.
